“Before I was introduced to Direct, I used personal funds and credit to purchase and rehab properties. As a buy-and-hold investor, this limited both the size and the scope of what I  could take on at any given point.  Developing a relationship with Direct was a turning point for my business.  With my team in place, I realized that there were no limits to what I could accomplish. I had the tools and the confidence to leave my engineering career to become a full-time real estate investor.
