Philadelphia Rent and Home Values Increase

Philadelphia is on trend with cities throughout the country. Median rent and home value increases have been reported by the Zillow June 2019 market report. Curbed Philadelphia also highlights that the number of homes on the market has decreased. 

For Philadelphia in June 2019:

  • Median rent = $1,614 (up 3% from last year)

  • Median home value = $233,000 (up 2.4%)
